Mindful Under Fire was created by a broadcast journalist as an antidote to high stress situations.

After a decade of high pressure daily news broadcasting, Megan Flamer undertook yoga and meditation teacher training and began applying it to newsrooms. She has since taught the program in more than 10 countries - in boardrooms, schools and even a prison.

The Mindful Under Fire team now runs workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, weekend and week-long retreats, all centered around mindful communication, designed to foster greater connection, balance and peace of mind.
